We specialise in workplace psychology (burnout, performance, critical incident management, acute stress, RTW) counselling and assessment.
We subscribe to the idea of "but first, be human" and we have built strong relationships locally with referrers which means that there are good and supportive teams around the folks that we see.
Obviously good therapeutic intervention goes without saying and we value a practical approach and creative thinking to meeting people's needs. Essentially, bring yourself to work and have authentic human connection.
We focus on customer service for the individuals as well as their referring teams which means we see people in the clinic, via telehealth and home visits (with strict safety protocols).
At this stage, we only see adults but if you have skills in kids/families/couples or some other niche area - be our guest.
