Scott Hudson

Counsellor at the Warragul and Korumburra clinics for 16yo+

Scott Hudson started his working life trying out many different jobs before realising that he was good at helping people to heal. This led him to start training as a registered nurse and he has spent most of his career in Emergency and ICU nursing, interacting with many patients and relatives in acute physical, emotional and mental crisis.  During this time he realised that while he had skills to help people in acute physical crisis, he was spending more of his time with people who needed counselling regarding their health or illness. This led to Scott focusing on counselling acute and chronic health issues and undertaking formal qualifications in counselling. With 30 + years of experience in front-line healthcare and several degrees later he has moved into offering counselling services for the local Gippsland community.
