About Us
At Heyday Clinic, we’re pretty simple. We like to help people and workplaces improve their wellbeing and live better lives. We believe more in skill building and getting amongst life than sitting for hours of counselling intervention. Don’t get us wrong, self reflection, feedback and counselling is GREAT, we believe it’s best coupled with trying out the new things you’ve learned and trying them out in the ‘wild’. That means that some intensive support can be helpful at the beginning, followed by ‘tune ups’ when needed.
We’ll help hold you steady when the times are rough and then when it’s time to thrive again, we’ll help you with that, too.
